The Belief System Audit

You know exactly what to do.
You're still not doing it.

Impart is a free four-minute diagnostic that finds the one constraint stopping you from acting, then routes you to the framework built for it and one behavior to run this week.

That gap is not discipline. It is measurable, it has a name, and there is one action that closes it.

What Impart is

Impart is a set of free diagnostics and the frameworks they route you to. It runs in a browser, takes about four minutes, and needs no account. The assessments are the front door. The product is the routing.

You answer a series of questions. You get a scored result across four elements, and the lowest of those four, never the average, determines which framework you are sent to and what single action you take this week.

It is built for capable adults in transition who know the next step and are not taking it. Career changers, early and emerging professionals, veterans entering civilian careers, people restarting after a gap.

What the research actually says
0.05

That is how much mindset training actually changes results, once you count the studies that were never published. It is close to nothing. When researchers ran the experiment again carefully, people's beliefs really did change. Their results did not move at all. If you read the books and nothing happened, that was not your fault.

0.65

That is the same belief, turned into a specific plan for what you will do and when. It comes from 94 studies covering more than 8,000 people. Take two people with the exact same goal. The one who writes an if-then plan does better than about 74 percent of the ones who do not.

1 in 3

That is how often feedback made people perform worse, across 607 measured results. What decided it was where the feedback pointed. Aimed at the work, it helps. Aimed at the person, it hurts.

Belief on its own barely moves outcomes. The same belief written as a specific behavior is one of the strongest effects in the field. Everything here is built to get you from the first to the second.

How it works

01
Take the audit

Four minutes in a browser. No account, nothing stored.

02
Read your Gap Map

Four scores, one focus area, and an explanation of what the low score actually means.

03
Run your first move for a week

One specific behavior, written as an if-then plan, aimed at the task rather than at you.

04
Retake at ninety days

The change between the two scores is the measurement.

Your result

The Gap Map

You walk away holding three things: a Gap Map, a Focus Area, and one action.

Character
Community
Task
Reflection
Focus area

The single lowest element, never the average, with a "Start here" explanation of what that score actually means.

Your first move

One specific action to run this week.

What you get

i
A scored result in four minutes
ii
Your lowest score, never your average
iii
One action, this week
iv
A retake at ninety days, because the delta is the data
Which one do you need

The Library

A shelf of frameworks is useless if you can't tell which one applies to you today. There are four. The useful part is knowing which one you actually need.

Which one you need depends on what's actually missing, not on where you are in a sequence. They also behave differently, which is the point.

Thing
Finding what you're actually pursuing

You can't name what you're going after, or you can and suspect it isn't really yours. Works by elimination: what you don't want is faster and more honest data than what you do.

Runs once, in sequence
Terrain
Reading any field, so you can find your place in it

You don't know how your field actually works or where you'd stand in it. Every industry runs on the same six layers, and the obvious role is usually taken and usually not yours.

Called repeatedly, at increasing depth
Footing
Who are you being, before you commit

You know the thing and haven't decided who you're being in it. Opens with who you are today, not who you want to become.

Runs once, then persists as a standing question
Build
The order of operations

You know the thing and need the order of operations. Strategy, medium, deliverables, price, delivery, review, then referrals.

Never ends. It cycles
The gate — start here
The Belief System Audit

Not a fifth framework. It fires whenever you know what to do and are not doing it, which can happen at any point. Start here. It also runs again any time you stall.

I did not invent these. I built the thing that tells you which one you need.

For organizations

Programs that move people through transitions have the same problem at scale. Participants finish and do not move, and nothing in a technical curriculum is built to find out why.
